Shipping

We will ship your order within 24 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Shipping rates are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process.

 

Delivery

Netherlands:

We ship domestically using PostNL. Normal delivery time is 2 days (excluding Sundays).

 

EU countries:
We ship to EU countries using PostNL. Normal delivery time is 3-4 business days depending on your area.

 

All other countries:

We ship to all other countries using PostNL. Normal delivery time is 4-7 business days depending on your area.

 

Returns
You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 8 days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the product has not been used and is not damaged. If you paid by credit card or debit card, your payment is refunded to that card. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. If you paid with your PayPal balance, your payment is refunded to your PayPal balance. Refunds are in the same currency and at the same conversion rate as the original payment. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
